F D A has approved new drug Protopam Chloride (pralidoxime chloride) for pediatric use .Protopam Chloride (pralidoxime chloride) is a drug which is used in the treatment of poisoning of organophosphate pesticides and chemicals (e.g., nerve agents) . US FDA approved has this drug for intravenous (IV) or intramuscular (IM) injections routes of administartion.
